Conferences are a rest button... )
It's been a week since I attended the Catalyst Conference and I have been thinking a lot about what I've learned and heard. For me, conferences are great not only to hear valuable content but also to hit the reset button. At times, my thinking starts to stray away and I become unfocused on my objectives. Conferences like Catalyst have a way of stripping out all the distractions and helping me refocus. Hopefully, I can make until the next one.

Two new books I'm going to read...thanks Catalyst
Catalyst was such a great experience for me and was full of great leaders. Two new experiences for me were talks by Malcolm Gladwell and Shane Hipps. Both have written books that I'm now going to get my hands on, Outliers and Flickering Pixels respectively.
